# How to Delete Your Data

If you want your Fitly account and personal data removed, you can use one of the following methods:

## 1) In-app (recommended)

Open the Fitly app → Settings → Account → **Delete Account**. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account and associated data.

## 2) If you cannot access the app

Email our support team with the subject **Data Deletion Request** and include:

- Your account email address
- Your Fitly user ID (if available)
- A short reason for the request (optional)

## 3) What we will do

After verifying your request, we will remove or anonymize your personal data (profile, messages, schedules, matches) within 30 days. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
