# Community Safety & Public Availability Guidelines

Last updated: May 20, 2026

## Purpose

AI Gym Body helps adults meet and train together. These guidelines are designed to reduce risk when meeting new people in person and using the App to arrange workouts and meetups.

## Further Resources

See our [Terms of Service](https://www.nexomalabs.com/fitly/terms) and [Privacy Policy](https://www.nexomalabs.com/fitly/privacy) for legal information and how we handle data.

When you save your availability schedule, that information can be used to match you with compatible users and allow invite requests. The Gym Buddy page may also show your photo, bio, fitness level, gym, and session details in matched, received, and sent invite sections. We recommend sharing only what is needed for scheduling and avoiding sensitive details in bios, messages, or game notes.

## Meeting Safety Best Practices

- Prefer public, well-lit locations (gyms, cafés, parks) for first meetings.
- Share your plans with a trusted contact (time, location, and the other user's name).
- Bring a charged phone and consider a live location-share with a trusted contact during the meetup.
- Keep personal items secure and avoid sharing sensitive personal information (home address, financial details, or identity documents).
- If you feel pressured, uncomfortable, or unsafe at any time, leave the situation and report the incident to support via the App.

## Health & Medical Considerations (Nutrition & Workout)

- Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice.
- If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects exercise or diet, consult a physician before following any plan created by the App.
- Stop exercise immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or short of breath and seek medical attention when appropriate.
- Nutrition plans are recommendations. Nutrition data is sourced from USDA FoodData Central to provide consistent, verified nutrition values; however, individual needs vary.
- The App provides conservative defaults and gating to encourage safer plans for users who report medical concerns; always modify plans to match your health needs.

## Reporting & Support

If you experience harassment, threats, injury, or other safety incidents, report them immediately through the App's report flow. Provide as much detail as possible — date, time, location, user IDs, and supporting evidence (screenshots, messages).

We review reports and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts. For serious criminal matters, contact local law enforcement.

## Platform Protection & Enforcement

To protect our community and the development team, AI Gym Body reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate safety standards, harassment policies, or legal requirements.

## 1. Purpose of AI Gym Body

AI Gym Body is designed to help adults find gym buddies and participate in fitness activities at gyms, parks, and other public workout locations. Availability and game features exist to support healthy, respectful connections around fitness goals.

During onboarding, you are guided to select your gym and set your workout schedule. These steps make it possible for others to find and invite you. If you skipped these steps during registration, you can complete them anytime from the My Gyms and Manage Schedule pages.

## 2. Public Availability Notice

## 3. Meeting Safety Best Practices

- Choose public, well-lit locations for first meetings.
- Inform a trusted friend or family member about where and when you are meeting.
- Use in-app communication first and avoid sharing sensitive personal information early.
- Trust your instincts and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
- Report suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate behavior immediately.

## 4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including attendance, communications, and in-person meetings. AI Gym Body does not perform criminal background checks and does not guarantee user behavior, identity, or intent.

## 5. Platform Protection & Enforcement

To protect our community and the development team, AI Gym Body reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate safety standards, harassment policies, or legal requirements.
