Who we are

Hundy is published by Nexoma Labs LLC ("we", "us"). We are responsible for any personal data described in this policy — the "controller" under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. For anything about your privacy, email [email protected].

This policy covers the Hundy app on iPhone and Android, and applies wherever you live.

What Hundy collects

Nothing leaves your device. Hundy has no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting service and no backend. There is no account, so there is nothing tied to your identity, and we have no way to see how you use the app.

Camera

Hundy asks for camera access so it can watch your push-ups. Frames are analysed on the device and released immediately; no image is saved to storage, no image is transmitted, and no video is ever recorded. The analysis finds the position of your joints to count repetitions — it does not recognise faces or identify who you are. Revoking camera access in your device settings stops rep counting and nothing else.

What is stored on your device

Hundy keeps a local database containing only:

• Your workout sessions: date, duration, rep counts, quality scores and tempo.
• Per-rep detail: depth, tempo and which form rules a rep missed, for the history window you choose.
• Your settings, including your display name if you set one.

What is never stored

No images, no video, no audio, no location, no contacts, no device identifiers and no advertising identifiers.

Notifications and the voice coach

The optional daily reminder is scheduled locally by your device. No push server is involved and no reminder data is sent anywhere.

The voice coach uses the text-to-speech built into your phone. The only thing Hundy hands it is the word to say — a rep number or a short cue such as "go deeper".

Device backups

If you have iCloud Backup or Android device backup switched on, your phone may include Hundy's local database in that backup, stored in your Apple or Google account under their privacy terms. That backup belongs to you: we cannot see it or access it. You control it in your device settings.

When you contact us

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach. We use them only to answer you and, for feedback, to decide what to build next. We never add you to a mailing list, and we delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed to deal with your request.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering the messages people send us, or on taking the steps you asked for. Our email provider stores these messages on our behalf and may do so outside your country, including in the United States; where the law requires it, such transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

No selling, no sharing, no tracking

We do not sell or share personal information, including as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar US state laws. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or profiling, and Hundy does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, California and other US states, Brazil and Canada — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to withdraw consent. You will never be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

For everything Hundy stores, you already have all of these rights in your hand: the data is on your phone, and Settings → Data and privacy → Delete all data erases it. For anything else, such as emails you have sent us, write to us and we will respond within the time the law allows, normally one month.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Hundy is designed for adults and is not directed at children. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children under 13 or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you believe a child has emailed us, let us know and we will delete the message.

Security

Your workout database lives inside Hundy's private storage on your phone, protected by the operating system and by your device passcode. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server copy to be breached.

Deleting your data

Settings → Data and privacy → Delete all data removes everything from the device immediately and irreversibly. Uninstalling Hundy removes the same data. We hold no copy of it, so there is nothing on our side to request or delete. A device backup you made earlier is yours, and is deleted in your iCloud or Google account settings.

If this ever changes

Optional features that need a server — cloud backup, leaderboards, friend challenges — will be exactly that: optional, off by default, and clearly described before you turn them on. On-device rep counting will never require an account.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be described in the app before they take effect.
